Resource Overview:
SRI is a research-based, adaptive assessment that measures reading skills and longitudinal progress from Kindergarten through college readiness. It produces a lexile score for students. 
Benefits:
  • A lexile score can be translated into the students ability to comprehend and read text of a certain complexity. The SRI provides the ability to track data and provide a growth model over time for the student.​ 
Suggested Usage: 
  • There are three designated testing periods for the SRI to be administered throughout the year
